        摘 要 :某变电站 GIS 在带电调试期间,母线产生高频振动响声。对存在高频振动响声的带电 GIS 母线分别在无任何措施、刷阻尼涂料及增加抱箍的方式下进行试验研究,通过试验测试发现,振动信号的主频率约 2 879.7 Hz,在 100 Hz 频率处的振动加速度相对较小。通过仿真计算分析,推断母线筒产生高频振动响声的原因为:母线筒存在约 2 879.7 Hz 的固有频率,这种固有频率的模态振型为典型的整体膨胀收缩,母线加载电压产生交变的电场力,电场力的激励频率与母线筒的固有频率吻合,产生高频振动响声。

    Study on High Frequency Vibration Noise of GIS Bus in Substation

        Abstract: During the period of live commissioning of GIS in a substation, the bus produced the high frequency vibration noise. The live GIS busbars with high frequency vibration noise were tested and studied without any measures, by applying damping coating and by adding hoop. The experimental result shows that the main frequency of the vibration signal is about 2 879.7 Hz, and the vibration acceleration at 100 Hz is relatively small. Through simulation calculation and analysis, it is inferred that the reason for the high frequency vibration of the busbar drum is: the busbar drum has a natural frequency of about 2 879.7 Hz. The mode shape of this natural frequency is a typical overall expansion and contraction, and the busbar loading voltage produces alternating changes. The electric field force, the excitation frequency of the electric field force coincides with the natural frequency of the bus barrel, which produces high frequency vibration noise.
